Beef Pie with Hedgehog!

So, I wondered what to cook last night for todays dinner and I found a beef mix I had made for a previous pie and had leftovers. Voila, I shall make a pie, so I have thrown some shortcrust pastry together:-

8 oz flour

2 oz butter

2 oz lard

salt

enough water to bind but not make soggy.

Rest in the fridge when done, take out and leave to come to room temp and then roll out.

Added beef mix and then the pastry lid.  Henry added some hedgehog pastry shapes, hence beef pie with hedgehog!!!

I shall post a pic later.

As there was a bit of pastry left I rolled it out shaped it on to a plate and made a bramble jam plate pie.  So dessert is done as well.
