Sun Goes In and I make Sorbet!!!

So the sun has disappeared and I have strawberries that need using up, what to do, what to do? They were passed their best so I decided to juice them with a lime and add about 2 tablespoons of runny honey.  It's all now in the freezer ready for dessert after tonight's dinner, never tried this before so I hope it works out.
